Overlay properties are displayed in the property editor when the overlay bar in the overlay line is selected, as indicated by its rugged texture.

You can adjust overlay properties at any time, even during tracking. All changes of property values are undoable.

Alignment of the overlay image relative to the underlay in the match frame. You can set the match corner and introduce additional overlay warping by an affine transform.

By default, the overlay in the match frame is not transformed, and these settings should not be changed unless you are going to apply the overlay in a different way than it was designed for.

Interpretation of overlay's alpha channel (see Alpha channel in overlay)

Position of the match frame in the composition.

In case of stabilizing, this value determines the position of the fixing frame.

Offset of the overlay footage from the beginning of the composition

Range of overlay frames that are used in the composition

Overlay type: still or live. This property is read-only as its value is set when the overlay is imported.
